The 2009 Virgin Mobile Festival will be known this year as the "Free Fest". Yes, we said FREE. It will be held at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD on Sunday, August 30th. Tickets are on "free" on June 27th through Ticketmaster.
