| Age ain’t nothin’ but a number. That proves especially true for 18-year-old indie musician and Playradioplay frontman/mastermind Dan Hunter . For those of you who aren’t familiar with Playradioplay, think of them as a cross between The Postal Service and The Killers. His latest release, titled “Texas” after his home state, shows his true versatility and talent. This teenager dares to go where happy-go-lucky bands like Fall Out Boy don’t venture out to. Hunter’s songs tackle difficult issues like drug abuse and difficulties with relationships. But it’s not all doom and gloom. The catchy melodies are enough to make anyone want to get up and dance. I’m not going to beat around the bush and use all of this artistic, flowing language to describe “Texas”… I’ll simply sum it up in one word…
