| It may not be a band, but this festival is just too good to be overlooked.
The 2007 Virgin Music Festival, sponsored by Virgin Mobile, will be held for the second year in the U.S. at Pimlico Race Track (aka that place where Preakness is) in the PlayBackPress hometown of Baltimore, MD.
Headliners for this 2-day festival on August 4th and 5th include The Police, Smashing Pumpkins, Beastie Boys, 311, Cheap Trick, Incubus, and dozens of others.
